Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this service and form a binding agreement. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to all provisions herein. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately. These Terms supersede any prior agreements related to your use.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the local legal age, to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Any unauthorized use by minors is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The service may request age verification at any time.
Account Creation & Responsibility
Some features require you to register and create an account with a valid email and password. You promise that all registration information is accurate and up to date. You are fully responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify support promptly.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, distributing harmful content, and infringing third-party rights. You must not attempt to breach security measures or access restricted areas. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Content Ownership & License
All content you upload, post, or submit remains your property but is licensed to the service for hosting, reproduction, and display. You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you submit. The service may remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service for any claims arising from your content.
Pricing & Payments
Certain features require payment of fees as indicated at the point of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or duties. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to premium features.
Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage auto-renewal settings through your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.
Service Modifications
The service may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days prior when practicable. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised service. No compensation is due for any changes.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, security reasons, or operational needs. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided when feasible. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license to use the service as intended. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered.
